4-8-07 FF'07 – 1, 2, 3 at Prairie Knights Classic
Pingree RC Park and Wheels Wings-N-Hobbies hosted 2nd annual Prairie Knights Classic at Prairie Knights Casino, North Dakota. Total of 80 entries and biggest class was 1/12th stock with 38 entries. Track was real deal CRC carpet with +100ft straightaway. End of the weekend FF’07 drivers Jari Taskila finished 1st, Randy Grosse finished 2nd and Mitch Witteman took 3rd place in 1/12th mod class and Randy Grosse finished 2nd in 1/12th stock. 3-26-07 FF'07 sweeps Minnesota state champs
2007 Minnesota state champs were hosted Lake Superior RC Club and it was part of the World of Wheels Car Show. Event location was the DECC in Duluth. Classes this year were novice, 1/12th stock, spec class, Stock sedan, Stock truck, 19t sedan and 1/12th mod. FF’07 drivers won both 1/12th classes. Stock class Jeff Brustad finished 1st and Joe Zaire finished 2nd. Modified class Jari Taskila finished 1st.
4-30-07 FF’07 top of the game – MMR electric challenge
MolzerMoweryRacing electric challenge was held top of unusual track surface. The racetrack was made out of RCP Mini-Z track materials. Material is about ¼” foam-type of tiles. Sideboards are made out of same material so it was really easy for cars. Track size was about 80x35 so for many racers it was big question how surface will work. Cars were very evenly balanced even traction wasn’t as hi as top of the carpet so surface was raceable. Race classes where 1/18th, 1/12th stock and 1/10th stock total of 33 racers. End of the weekend FF’07 took sharpest top three in 1/12th stock.
